How to Find Lapwing House
Lapwing House is set in the pretty village of Lairoux, only a short drive from Luçon and has good motorway links with Junction 7 of the A83 only 20 minutes away.
We are approximately a 3 hour drive from St Malo, 5 hours from Cherbourg or 7.5 hours from Calais.
The airport at Nantes is only 60 minutes away and La Rochelle Airport is only 35 minutes away. Both airports are served by budget airlines throughout the year and car hire is also available from these locations.

The village has a bar and restaurant (serving food every Sunday lunchtime) and is only a short walk away. Each morning there are two bread vans that stop in the village square, where you can buy croissants, bread and other pastries.
The nearest supermarkets, banks, restaurants and markets are in the town of Luçon, only a 10 minute drive away.
